Her clinical counselling practice follows a holistic and client-centred approach that is creative, adaptable and strengths-based. Her mission for advocacy and increasing the capacity of families, educators and counsellors to support brains that think differently has driven the development of psychoeducation programs, professional development training opportunities, and individual and group consultations.

Wendy's approach is centred on fostering social-emotional well-being and personal growth for youth, young adults, parents, and adults. With 10 years of experience specializing in supporting neurodiverse individuals and a background in child psychology, Wendy recognizes that personal growth is a journey—one that requires patience, self-compassion, and the proper support. Wendy aims to serve as a guiding light in this process, helping clients navigate challenges and reconnect with their strengths.
Her therapeutic style is adaptive and client-centred, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness strategies, Bowen Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Wendy also incorporate inner child healing to help clients explore and transform deeply held emotional patterns. Above all, she prioritizes collaboration, tailoring her approach to best support each client in navigating their inner world.

Whether working with youth and young adults facing academic, social, and emotional challenges, adults navigating life transitions, or parents seeking to strengthen their relationships, Wendy strives to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.
